Toastmasters Digital Magazine

Recently Toastmasters launched their printed magazine as a digital publication on the Apple store. I find this to be fantastic. Now I can take my Toastmasters magazine everywhere. I find this new app to be much more convenient as I tend to take my iPad everywhere.

Here is a screenshot of the main Library. You can see like any other Apple digital magazine, you can have more than magazine downloaded.

This is an example of the magazine’s index page. Easy to navigate. The application supports video and audio.

What would make this app even better would be to have the ability to opt out of the printed version of the magazine. Going green would be a great way to help modernize the Toastmasters organization. Make sure all of your clubs know about the option of using the Apple app. If you find it as useful as I do, tell Toastmasters that you don’t need the printed version anymore or at very least, give the printed magazine to your club to use for guests.
